How do I get started with your Virtual Assistant services?

To get started, simply contact us through our website’s contact form, email, or phone. We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your needs and how our VAs can assist you. We ask you to give us your “Wish List” after understanding your requirements, we’ll match you with the most suitable VA. But that’s not it, our onboarding team consists of a team of highly qualified team leaders who monitor the progress of your VA from start to finish. Our team is with your agent the entire process, we check in often to make sure your Va is meeting or exceeding your expectations.

What are the qualifications of your Virtual Assistants?

Our VAs are highly skilled professionals with expertise in various fields. They undergo a rigorous selection process, including background checks, skills assessments, and training, to ensure they meet our high standards. We recruit the best of the best and only hire College graduates. Some of our agents have multiple degrees and certifications.

Are your Virtual Assistants fluent in English?

Yes, all our VAs are fluent in English and possess excellent communication skills. They are experienced in working with international clients and can communicate effectively in both written and spoken English. Some of our agents have lived abroad in the US, Canada and Europe.

What are your business hours?

Our VAs are available to work according to your business hours, regardless of your time zone. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, whether you require part-time or full-time assistance. Holidays are based on your work schedule. We ask that Full Time Agents be included in your holiday schedule and time off with pay as they are part of your team.

How do you ensure the confidentiality of my information?

We take data security and confidentiality very seriously. All our VAs sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and adhere to strict confidentiality protocols.

Can I trust your Virtual Assistants with sensitive information?

Yes, you can. Our VAs are trained to handle sensitive information with the utmost care and discretion

How do I communicate with my Virtual Assistant?

You can communicate with your VA via email, phone, video calls, and messaging apps such as Slack or WhatsApp. We encourage regular communication to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to your satisfaction. Our Team Leads will be the liaison between you and your agent ensuring a smooth communication process and a backup in communications. We offer (at additional small cost) a virtual phone system “8×8” which gives your agent a local US area code phone number to make outbound calls and take inbound calls (forwarded from your office phone to the VA’s phone number)

What if I am not satisfied with my assigned Virtual Assistant?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your assigned VA, please let us know. We will work with you to address any issues and, if necessary, reassign a more suitable VA to meet your needs. That’s the effectiveness of our Team Leads, they will be monitoring your VA along the entire onboarding process to make sure you are happy with the progress.

Can I change the tasks assigned to my Virtual Assistant?

Yes, you can. Our VAs are flexible and can adapt to your changing needs. Simply communicate any changes in tasks or priorities, and your VA will adjust accordingly.

How do you track the progress and hours worked by the Virtual Assistant?

Our Team Leads track the time your agents are on the job. This helps with monitoring progress and also being there to support your agent. Each agent clocks in and out and the Team lead monitors their work. We encourage our agents to give end of day or end of week progress reports to their clients.

Can I hire a Virtual Assistant for a one-time project?

Absolutely. We offer services for both ongoing support and one-time projects. Whether you need help with a specific task or ongoing assistance, we can provide a solution that fits your needs.

Pricing and Payments

How much do your Virtual Assistant services cost?

Our pricing varies based on the specific services you need and the number of hours required. We offer competitive rates and customizable packages. Please contact us for a personalized quote. We pride ourselves in paying the highest wages in the industry to our agent. We work on very slim margins insuring your agents takes home the highest pay in the industry. This allows us to retain our agents for the long term.

How do I make payments?

We bill monthly via PayPal. We bill at the beginning of each month, which allows us time to make our payment and transfer to our agents.

Is there a minimum commitment required?

We offer flexible plans with no long-term commitments. You can choose a package that fits your needs, whether it’s Part time or Full-time support.
